Maedup & Co. jewelery and products

All objects in stock and ready to ship that are made and sent from Maedup & Co's workshop are sent the same day on reception of payment. The majority our our jewelry products are made on order and require extra time that is indicated on the product page. Generally speaking it is around 72h maximum and should the time required exceed that timeframe (x-mas period) then you shall receive an email giving you an estimation of the time required.

Transportation and delivery will be carried out by the service selected on finalisation of your order in your shopping basket.

Maedup & Co. Cords

Handling and shipping are taken care of on a first come first serve basis: usually 1-3 days.

All our cord orders are handled by our supplier located in the USA and are expedited via USPS First Class mail. The delivery time is 4 to 18 business days depending on the season, sometimes longer for reasons we have no control over. The average is 8-14 days most of the time. Please take the precaution to place your order well in advance if you have a project on a deadline.

If your package exceeds 50€ then it will be split and sent in several packages in order to have you benefit from the lowest packaging cost available and to avoid customs charges. However, some countries have particular customs laws on imported products so please be sure to check what applies in your country to avoid any nasty surprises. Maedup & Co. cannot be made liable for any customs charges that may apply to your package.

Maedup & Co.  reserves itself the right to modify transport and delivery conditions on packages if necessary.
